At the time of this writing they’re running Kirby games, but they cover all kinds of games and there’s something for everyone. Check out the event schedule.
P.S. Sorry for posting only once a month lately. Going to try and get back on track soon.
I’ve received requests for a playlist of A Koopa’s Revenge 2’s music. But I haven’t because I won’t upload other people’s content to youtube, and even if all the music is on there uploaded by the original authors finding it all would be a huge task. But it turns out Newgrounds does playlists now, so here it is:
I’ll probably add an icon later. Somebody remind me.
P.S. Sorry for the lack of activity lately. I got a little burned out.
Lambta.co Games has reached 2000 subscribers! In celebration, I present the first location of the Screw Attack in AKR2.
The first look at my “new” game, A Koopa’s Revenge Anniversary Edition. It’s an updated version of A Koopa’s Revenge (2006) that I hope to release on the original game’s tenth anniversary.
This is a Metroid style game I was working on a few years ago. I’ve been looking into Axiom Verge lately, and it got me interested in this game again. I’ll probably have a playable version soon.
I stopped working on this build because it was too clunky, and I made a few other poor decisions in the design. It was quite simply a lack of planning. But I had some cool ideas for it, even if it was a little too close to Metroid. I do plan to make this game some day, just not any time soon.
I just tossed some suitable music from my favourites on NG into the video. I imagine when I finally make the game for real it will have an original and more cohesive soundtrack.
I’ll have a longer an more detailed write up with the playable demo.
After numerous requests for a playable version, I’ve finally gotten around to releasing the playable Scribble Koopa. Mostly I just didn’t want to do the write up.
Finally it’s Shy Guy’s time to shine. Displaying most all the powerups for Shy Guy in a Koopa’s Revenge 2. See the rest in Koopa’s video in Koopa’s video.
I’ve had a few requests for powerups videos for the other playable characters, so here’s Goomba’s powerup video. I didn’t include the secret permanent powerups, or the starman, because they don’t really have the same aesthetic changes as the standard powerups. See them in Koopa’s video.
Shy Guy’s video comes out next Lambta.co Tuesday!
