No nice way to say it, but this site has been kajiggered for about a year now. I couldn’t post anything. Details in previous post. Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to share all the stuff I posted offsite in the past 12 months. So here we go.
AVGN Fan Game Public Alpha
I decided to release a public version of my Angry Video Game Nerd fan game: AVGN NES Nightmare, hoping it would motivate me to work on it. Didn’t get much feedback, so it didn’t exactly work. I will probably do a video or stream of it for Youtube so it gets more eyes, but I’ve been putting it off because I haven’t cleared the music for use outside NG. Here’s the demo.
Super Mario Maker 2
I started playing SMM2 (not MM2, that is and always will be the abbreviation for Mega Man 2) and have made some levels for y’all to play. I’ve been learning things from both creating and playing levels. I’m also kind of addicted to Endless Mode.

New Gaming Video
I also released an update video for A Koopa’s Revenge Gold. The long awaited remake of the original 2006 A Koopa’s Revenge. Just a recap of what I’ve done so far, and a request that people play the demo, over some gameplay footage.

Mockup AKR3 Screenshot
I mocked up a screenshot of what A Koopa’s Revenge 3 might look like. It helped me make some decisions about the HUD and how to deal with distinguishing the parallax backgrounds from the main gameplay layer. There’s a more detailed writeup here.
Deletion of the old MCSM Studios Facebook Page
This one’s not super important, but I finally got around to deleting the MCSM Studios page on Facebook. I renamed it to Ghost of MCSM Studios years ago, intending to delete it fairly quickly. I’d recommend following our newer Lambtaco page but I’m honestly not too into the current facebook scene, so I may delete that one too.
Conclusion
That about covers what Lambtaco did publicly since the site broke down. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but I have my own stuff to deal with and the broken site wasn’t exactly motivating.
