My next A Koopa’s Revenge 2 video is going to reveal the little warps that take you to the end of the level. In case you weren’t aware, in each level of AKR2, there is a warp, via pipe or otherwise, that will take the player through a short area that leads to the very end of the level. The trouble is I’m not sure what the best words are to describe it succinctly and cleary.
A little sick of making AKR2 videos, so here’s something different for a change. Tank Man, a Mega Man style game I made back in 2010 featuring Newgrounds mascot Tankmen, specifically the Tankmen captain. Though Mega Man is playable too. Play it here.
I’ve separated the other people’s AKR2 videos playlists on youtube into two distinct lists, videos with commentary and videos without. Because I feel like they have somewhat different appeals. If you want to see some people playing the game. Check e’m out.
Our next game will be an Angry Video Game nerd fan game titled: AVGN Trapped in the NES. It’s a mashup platformer in an 8-bit style. Something I started ages ago but abandoned to focus on AKR2 (and MegaTankMan, it was a long while ago)
I’m hoping to start a closed beta within a couple of weeks. And the soon after an open beta. With any luck the announcement will motivate me to get to the private beta going, and the private beta will get me to the public, then the public will get me to finish this thing. It will be my last game made in Flash 8. It’s all Adobe from here.
Hope to share more info soon. Questions and comments welcomed.
I’ve added a current projects listing to the side of the front page. This will allow viewers to see what we’re currently focusing on. Feel free to ask questions about these projects.

Long time visitors may remember the “What We Worked on this Week” section from mcsmstudios.com. This will be somehwhat similar, only lacking the day to day recaps, as they were really annoying to keep up with and update. I’ll get the titles linked to relevant posts when/if they exist.
